Take an old fashioned glass and mix light rum, dark rum, curacao, lime juice, cane syrup and orgeat syrup. Stir it properly and add cracked ice. Then pour the Lemon Hart rum on top to float. Decorate the cocktail with Garnish with a pineapple wedge. Makes 1 drink. 3. Mango Daiquiri
1 large ripe mango, which should be peeled and seeded
3 ounces light rum
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 ounce cane syrup
2 cups cracked ice Combine mango, rum, lemon juice, and cane syrup in a blender and blend the mixture untill it smoothes. Slowly add cracked ice, blend well. The cocktail should be poured into 2 daiquiri glasses. Add a sprig of fresh mint for decoration. Makes 2 drinks. Snacks for the party:

This is the case where "more is more". You can use all of your surf paraphernalia. Place surf boards, light tiki torches at the entryway of your home and at the back yard, buy wetsuits, and make faux-surfers. Use beach towels as tablecloth and have surfing video and music playing in the background. Play a music of legendary surf guitarist Dick Dale, any reggae, Sublime, Beach Boys, and the Hudu Gurus. If it is possible you can make a temporary "Surf Shack Bar" with palm frawns and a sturdy umbrella. Buy cups labeled with various surf spots and pro surfers for your guests, to keep track of their drinks. And of course take a lot of cocktail umbreallas. Set the appropriate mood and spirit for the party by asking your guests to come to the party wearing surfing attire. Alleviate the old "Oh, should I" or "I'll probably be the only one dressed up" thoughts by making it a requirement. You can describe them dress ideas in the invitations. For example, ladies can come in sundresses, surfing logo t-shirts, boardshorts, and bikini tops. For the men, choose popular wetsuits, boardshorts, Aloha shirts, t-shirts, rash guards and flip-flops (a.k.a., slippahz,thongs). Puka shells, brightly-colored Zinca sunscreen. Sunglasses will work well for both.
