| Party Games | Rules: Form a few groups; Give each group 5 balloons; Each team chooses someone to guard their balloons; Two or more people get to be the "snatcher"; The remaining people in the teams form forts and guard the balloons The "Snatchers" try to snatch balloons from the other snatchers and forts; The people that are the must protect their balloons; After a set amount of time the team with the most balloons from other teams is the winner. BALLOON TARGET Objective: Blow up a balloon and then let is deflate and fly towards a target. Categories: Birthdays, Kids Game type: Passive: Little or no movement is required. Players: 2 to 6 players. Needed: Balloons for each player and a target. Rules: You need at least four people to play; Make a bulls eye target on a piece of paper; Each person takes a balloon and blows it up a little and then they aim for the target and let go; Whoever gets closest to the target wins! HOT POTATO Objective: This kids game is a lot like musical chairs but with a beanbag - the hot potato. Categories: Groups, Birthdays, Kids Game type: Active: A lot of movement may be required. Players: 2 or more players. Needed: A beanbag or other "potato" which is light weight and can be thrown or passed around the circle Rules: Players form a circle; One person must sit out and be the music player; A bean bag (the hot potato) is passed from player to player while the music player, who shouldn't be looking at the group just to be fair, plays a stereo, sings, whistles or claps; When the music or clapping stops, the player who has the bean bag is out and sits in the center; The last one out wins; Stops should be made frequently so the game moves quickly and players will not be out for a long period; Try to act like the bean bag is really, really hot!
