| Monster Jam Party | Ingredients:
- hard taco shells
- fillings: salsa, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced olives, onions, grated cheese, etc.
- ground meat filling (optional) mixed with more salsa
Give kids crispy corn tortilla shells, pre-warmed in the oven. Invite them to walk around the taco bar stuffing shells with delicious fillings. (Enlist adults to help younger kids.)
Grave Digger Mud Cones
Fans of the Monster Truck Grave Digger will die for this creepy, creative dessert.
Ingredients:
- chocolate instant pudding
- gummy worms
- ice cream cones
- oblong-shaped cookies
- thin-tipped tube of icing
Make the pudding.; Cool; Mix in gummy worms; Spoon into cones; Using the cookies as gravestones, decorate the upper portion with the names of your guests, or ice with the words “Grave Digger Rules.” Add gravestones partway into pudding.
Big Truck Dirt Cake
Monster Jam trucks are always ripping up the dirt, so what better cake to please your guests with than a dirt cake, topped with cake topper.
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 16-20 oz. of cookies
- ½ cup melted butter
- gummy candy bugs and worms
- 12 oz. whipped topping
- 8 oz. cream cheese
You’ll also need a pan to serve cake in and our cake toppers. Firstly, prepare pudding and refrigerate. Then, crush cookies (to look like dirt); Set aside a cupful; Pour melted butter over rest of crushed cookies; Press mixture into bottom of pan; Add a few gummy bugs and worms. Then stir half of whipped topping and all of cream cheese together, and then spoon on top of cookie layer. Get pudding, stir in a few gummies and spoon on top. Complete with rest of crushed cookies, top with the cake toppers, and chill. Serves for 8.
