Location of the party
Time of the party
What kind of party it is, and how they should dress

- If you are having a small party for friends you can call them on the telephone, or email to invite them.
- If it is a special occasion, or holiday party, and you are asking many guests, invitations should be sent. Consider your invitations should have spaces for you to write in what your guests need to know such as: the time, day, and location of the party.

Making Invitations:

What does RSVP mean?
Sometimes you get invitations that have the letters "RSVP," or the words "Please reply," written in the bottom corner. It means that you should call, or write the person who sent the invitation, and tell them whether you can, or cannot attend their party. Though these words are not on the invitation it is considered polite to let your host, or hostess know if you can come.

If you plan to make your invitations be sure you arrange your party ahead of time. Thus you will have your invitations made, and ready to be sent out.
